Objective of the game: To help participants learn how to accurately and effectively manage change, minimize team resistance and build successful strategies for implementing innovations.

Game content: The game includes four rounds, each of which corresponds to important issues in the change management process:

  • Should you launch changes in the company?
  • Which change option to choose and how exactly to implement it?
  • How to choose a strategy for successful implementation of changes?
  • How to reduce employee resistance?

In each round, players receive criteria for decision-making and tools to implement them in the company’s operations. Game participants receive instant feedback on the effectiveness of their decisions, which is reflected in the simulated relationships with employees showing different levels of support or resistance.

Outcome of the game: By the final round, some of the participants will be able to interact with employees who support the change, while others will have to negotiate separately with those who oppose the change.
