We work with teams across Europe. Your brief can name Barcelona, Lisbon, Paris, Berlin, Prague, Vienna, Nicosia or another city. If the destination is still open, we can compare options around the programme, participant travel and venue requirements. We check specialists, equipment and booking conditions for the actual dates.

Questions before booking a corporate event
Can you organise an event for an international team?
Yes. We agree the working languages, hosts and specialists, schedule and participation format. The facilitation language is confirmed with the programme.
Can we add a business game and equipment rental?
Yes. We select a game around the team’s brief and group size. Sound, lighting, screens, staging, furniture and decor are separate budget items. The game catalogue prices cover the game itself, its facilitator, materials and props.
How much does a corporate event in Europe cost?
There is no single price for every city and programme. After your brief, we prepare a proposal with the scope of services. The date, venue, participant numbers, programme, equipment and logistics affect the total.
Can you manage just part of the preparation?
We can discuss a programme, venue sourcing, a business game or technical equipment as a separate scope. The proposal sets out our responsibilities and who handles the other parts of the event.
