Quests

A team building quest provides fun and educational employee interaction, creating unique memories of a team experience in a great city. Participants not only gain the pleasure of solving puzzles, but also valuable lessons in collaboration and creative problem solving

Goal: To create a unique teamwork and leadership experience in the wonderful atmosphere of Barcelona, developing creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Duration: Half a day or a whole day, depends on the customer’s preferences.

Main stages:

Introductory training: Welcoming participants and a brief introduction to the world of the quest. Explanation of the rules and goals of the event.

Team formation: Dividing participants into small groups. Team building games to strengthen team spirit.

Adventures: Organized quest through famous places in Barcelona, with a focus on architectural masterpieces.

Creative Challenges: Challenges to create creative projects inspired by Gaudí’s style. Photo sessions and videos to preserve memories.

Debriefing and Analysis: Discussion of past tests and solutions. Analyzing teamwork and applying lessons to the work environment. Summing up and awarding the winners. Riddles, puzzles and tasks that require a collective solution.
