How to book a business game for a team in Lithuania

For a team session in Lithuania, decide in advance whether the game is a standalone negotiation module or part of a strategy meeting. That choice determines whether the full debrief stays inside the game or feeds into the next agenda block.

Business Life delivers business games in Lithuania. Confirmed delivery languages are Russian, Ukrainian, English, German and Spanish. We add another language to the programme only after confirming it separately.

A conditional programme for a team in Lithuania

Objective and roles. Conditional scenario: several functions are choosing partners for a growth programme but assess risk and the value of promises differently. After the negotiation simulation, leaders can discuss their real decision approval process. This text describes a conditional programme.

Why this game. The primary option is Edges. The game provides material for a debrief on negotiation, partnerships, risk and commitments. If the secondary objective becomes more important, choose Right the Helm. It supports a working discussion about management decisions during change and employee responses.

Session scheme. Example brief: 36 participants, a 2.5-hour total working slot and English delivery. Objective: compare criteria for partner selection and risk decisions. The confirmed range is up to 120 people and 1–3 hours, in person or online. Participants form 3–6 teams, choose a strategy, negotiate partnerships and watch positions change on an interactive map. The facilitator confirms team allocation and stage boundaries after reviewing the group composition. The session record should show whether the group moved closer to the stated objective: compare criteria for partner selection and risk decisions.

Three debrief questions.

  1. Which promises did the team consider reliable, and why?
  2. What changed after the ranking shifted, and which partnership criterion should be made explicit at work?
  3. Which action will test the objective “compare criteria for partner selection and risk decisions” in the next relevant work task?

When to change the format

If the objective changes, the confirmed range also includes Black Square, Happy City, Incentive Space Simulation and The City for Life. Select them by objective, group size and available time rather than by host country.

A 1–3 hour format often fits a conference module. Motivation or change-management work needs a longer protected slot and a stable participant group. Select online or in-person delivery together with the game; confirm hybrid delivery separately.

What the brief must include

State the date, host city, group size, participant roles, working language, objective and its place in the agenda. Add venue restrictions, access time, internet and smartphone requirements. The base price includes the game, facilitator, materials and props; the game cards show the base prices. Venue, equipment, catering, travel and other logistics are quoted separately. We prepare the final proposal after reviewing the brief, delivery format and logistics.

The game provides observations about decisions and interaction in one situation. It is not a psychometric assessment and does not guarantee a change in workplace behaviour. A useful outcome needs an observation, a defined action and a review date.

Next step

Review the catalogue of nine business games and select one or two options. Send the brief through the enquiry form; our team will check duration, language, delivery format and logistics for a session in Lithuania.
